- Yesterday Rich and I drove past a security guard sitting in a garden chair guarding a port-a-pottie. I wish I had my camera on me and I wish I could have had a conversation with that gentleman.
- Just a question...don't you hate when you shower and then half an hour later you've got to go poop? I always feel so cheated when that happens.
- I woke up really early yesterday and took Shila for a long walk. It was a cloudy morning and thankfully not so hot. Nobody was really out because it was so early except for an older man sitting outside his garage just simply enjoying being outside. He waved from afar and I waved back. It felt so good.
- My team took me out for my birthday lunch yesterday. I was so touched with just how sweet and purely awesome they are. There is such a mutual respect there and we are such a tight team. It's fabulous. I was so close to tearing up.
- Rich got his iPad this week. I haven't seen him since. If you see him, please tell him that his wife is looking for him.
- Speaking of Rich...I love when I can make him laugh. Isn't that a great feeling? To incite laughter in somebody else? I love it.
ps - yes, i just talked about pooping in a blog post. get over it. :)
pps - this may be the first blog post that i have produced that does not contain one exclamation mark. woah.
