We got rain today! And lots of it. I can't believe that it is May 22nd and not only do we have rain and 50 degree weather, it snowed in Flagstaff! Although I love the rain, all of this does make me wonder how much of this is attributable to global warming. That's the only part of it that makes me a bit sad because somewhere inside of me I think it's all connected. I do have to admit there seems to be a real sense of energy around 'green' thinking that I've noticed in the past couple of months. I think it is finally starting to pick up steam!I posted a couple pics of the rain so you can enjoy. Some friends and I are heading up to Flagstaff this weekend and it's definitely going to be a lot colder than we had initially planned for!
This is R's lime tree (that we still haven't planted). This weekend would be a perfect time do to it but I'll be away and I'm not sure that I trust him and planting. Aren't the baby limes so cute??

We have had rains and stormy weather too. Early monsoons have been forecasted, probably first week of June.

Good luck with the rains. It was nice for us while it lasted. Now it's back to being hot, hot, hot. Sigh.
