Sorry that I've been MIA lately. I've been very busy lately with dog training and working out and then...well... being lazy. =)
Also want to share a funny story. I keep in contact with my dear friend Michelle that I've known for about 5 years through blogging. I love her blog as it is a refreshing reminder of the intense need to redefine our priorities as a community and world in regards to preserving the Earth that has provided so much to us. (wow, long sentence). Anyway, I check Michelle's blog (along with others) nearly every day and recently noticed that Michelle hadn't blogged for a while. Feeling a little concerned, I called Michelle today to find out that she had gone on a wonderful family vacation. We shared a good laugh as it is through the insane addiction to blogging that we keep tabs on each other!
Anyway, I'm off to done the chef's hat to make my Mum's spinach pie. If it turns out good, you may see a post about it.
