Sitting on my hands

As Rich cooks, I sit at the dining table on the laptop sitting on my hands and biting my tongue. it drives me CRAZY! When he cooks he won't let me help. I guess my help isn't necessarily viewed as 'helping'. I can't help it! It's in my blood!!
