Ok, I'm asking the blogosphere to assist. I keep getting these headaches...about 1 or 2 a day. So I have two questions for you...
1. What should I rule out? I've tried intaking more water and I've also changed my contacts. I am getting enough sleep and I'm not feeling super stressed out. What else should I rule out before heading to the doctor?
2. Any ideas for curing them without having to load up my liver on advil? I've now succumbed to taking advil when I get them but I hate popping pills!

I am sorry my friend. :( If this has been going on for sometime with not much relief I would indeed get yourself down to the Dr. Of course I am not one to go myself but I can dish out great advice so GO! It is probably not anything serious but worth checking out for your own, (and my), piece of mind. Love ya!

1 to 2 per day every day is not okay. I'd head to the doctor irregardless. The only other thing I thought of was a food allergy or sensitivity? Caffeine? Maybe go on a very limited diet for a few days, no sugar or caffeine and see if it helps? I'm so sorry you are going through this. I do recommend alternate nostril breathing with sinus massage if the headaches are sinus related but that may not help in your case. Let me know if you want me to talk you through it and I can call and help you.

oh no. that sounds awful. i would just go to the doctor. other than watching your caffiene intake, i can't think of any other solutions. oh except for a rice bag. that works for my headaches ALL THE TIME. heat heat heat.
and besides, any remedy i could come up with would only treat the symptom, rather than what is actually causing the headache.
thank you everybody. i think we've figured out that it is sinus issues. i went to walgreens and got some advil sinus medications. i'm pretty sure that that is what it is so hopefully within a day or two there will be a difference otherwise definitely heading over to see dr. bailey.
