His high five

Taz cracks me up. He does this thing when he is walking along. If I'm nearby he will pass by me and give me a one-time eensy-teensy lick usually on my foot or calf muscle and then he will keep on walking by. It's just one lick and it's very a tiny one. It's almost like his way of giving me a high-five! It's so cute and makes me smile every time he does it. It's usually pretty unexpected too. The funny thing is that he doesn't do it to Rich. :) Just me! Dogs can be so cooky sometimes!

And while we're talking about Taz, here are 2 gems that make me smile big...

Both dogs, especially Taz, love to chew on ice. Unfortunately one day Taz didn't quite get to chew it because the ice-cube got stuck to him. Rich and I were laughing pretty hard and had to catch a snap before removing the ice-cube from him. Doesn't he look so sad?? Oh my gosh, we laughed so hard!!

One night, we were watching TV (probably a movie) and in true Sequeira style, I was lying on the sofa bundled up in a blanket when Taz jumped up and positioned himself just so. That guy can be so damn cute sometimes! Look at him! Content as can be... :)

I have two cockapoos who love to munch on ice and it does occassionaly get stuck to their fur - this is so adorable.

Those are both the cutest pet pics I've seen in a long time. Sara (the brain-addled poodle) still follows me around from room to room everywhere I go. She's deaf, blind, and has lost her sense of smell but she can still figure out when I get up to go to the kitchen. Go figure.

Dear Kavita,

I don't know who's cuter, your puppy or you ☺ honestly could you be any more photogenic? i can't wait to see your wedding photos!

It was such fun catching up on the posts i'd missed, you are gorgeous in the zebra print, glad to hear you had a fab time in Chicago. And i loved the shoe dilemma, i had the same thing happen but i wasn't as smart as you and i kept the unpractical difficult ones, ending up barefoot at my wedding!

and i LOVE getting so many things done in one swoop like you did! that was alot! did you have a nice soak in the bath, with a glass of wine afterwards? :)

enjoy your weekend sweetie!
love,lori

Jan - that would probably be Shila. Even if she were deaf and blind, she would know when I went to the kitchen. Taz on the other hand doesn't care at all.

Lori Ann - welcome back again! Thank you for your sweet message. :) Looking forward to more of your blog posts.
