phew!

What a week! My TMJ blew up this week and I've been miserable! All started on Wednesday when I suddenly began to overheat in the middle of a meeting. I instantly knew that I was going to go downhill. Ack! The rest of the week I've been trying to wear my mouth piece as much as I can and use a heat compress. Those definitely help. And last night I took a nice hot bath, listened to the rain pour down (windows open) and read. Ahhhh....bliss. This morning was rough again but I got to work lying in bed today which really helped.

I'm going to get a massage tomorrow morning from the school of massage and then heading to a new hairdresser for a dye job and......wedding hair round numero uno!! Yey!!! Thank goodness for this 3 day weekend. My Richie is in Cabo. Pout. I miss him! I was sooooooooooo looking forward to this weekend to have all to myself but of course now that I'm here all I want is for him to come back! What a silly girl I am!
